Chef Ben Fuller
Chef Ben is a vegan chef from the UK. He trained under Matthew Kenney and Day Radley. Ben also worked with Alexis Gauthier, a 12-year Michelin star holder, to introduce a vegan menu at Gauthier Soho. On the side, Ben works on developing 50 dishes involving the world’s most sustainable ingredients.
Skills you will learn —
Make a couple of Classic French Dinner menus including Quiche Lorraine, Bourguignon and Steak Frites with Sauce Béarnaise. Chef is currently developing and testing the menu — get on our list for updates.
